"babymoon" trips

Now that there's a baby on the way, it's time to take as many trips as possible while I can still fly!! So far, we've been to Taiwan (before we knew the news), Singapore, and now Malaysia!

We went to Langkawi, Malaysia a couple weeks ago....it was soooo beautiful and soooo relaxing. We stayed at The Datai... essentially in the middle of the jungle. We lived among monkeys and all sorts of lizards, geckos, and flying squirrels. Check out the huge lizard (commodo dragon?). It doesn't look that big in the picture, but it was HUGE! The monkeys were smart and mischievous...one of them came into our room through the balcony door...and when we noticed him, he quickly jumped up on the table, grabbed one of the apples from our fruit basket, and raced out the door. :) Other highlights included breakfast on the beach, a delicious Thai dinner in a pavilion in the rainforest, sailing on a catamaran towards Thailand, and of course uninterrupted time together.

Where should we go next? :)

Congratulations! Wow - great news. I'd take as many vacations as possible because after the baby is born...well not every baby is the same - some might not take to traveling so much....but hey you never know! I'll be in HK Aug 1-10 maybe we can catch up!
